Q: What are your shipping options?

A:- Limited by volume.Currently, we can only offer one standard shipping option. Please see our shipping page for more detailed information on shipping times by zone.

Q: Where do you ship from?

A:We ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless of how far they go.

Q:How Long does Shipping Take?
A-Order processing usually happens within the same day but can take up to 1-3 days (depending on weekends and Holidays). Shipping within the USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) takes about 2-3 days. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii takes about 4-7 days. International shipping takes about 4-14 days.
Q:My Order Says Delivered but it hasn’t Arrived.
A: Occasionally your mail carrier will accidentally mark things as delivered before they actually make it to their final destination. Generally, if an item says it was delivered but hasn’t shown up yet it will arrive within 48 business hours. If it has been more than 7 days since your order said delivered and the package still hasn’t shown please email [email protected] and we can open a case with your carrier to see what the deal is!
Q: What types of payment do you accept?

Q:Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website?

A:- You can.We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchase – so if you change your mind within that time – send us a message and we’ll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.

Q: Can I get a refund if the price has changed ?
A:- We’re sorry for the inconvenience but we are unable to honor any promotions for orders placed outside of the promotional period as it would be unfair to our other customers!
Q:When will I get my refund?

A:-Your refund will he professed as soon as your order has been returned and received at our warehouse. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days. If you have not received a refund within 14 business days please contact [email protected]

Q: What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?

A: We’ll make it up to if you in the case that it does. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers of our curated collections. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving that item and we’ll work it out with you. [email protected]

Q: How do I return or exchange an item?

A:- Our Guarantee.Our return policy lasts 30 days beginning only when our package is delivered to your address.

We will accept any returns for all undamaged items within 30 days to guarantee customer expectations and ensure the satisfaction of your purchases.
