Things are backed up on our end with many People arround the world ordering  our Relifia® at unprecedented levels but rest assured, we are working hard to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. As we understand how eager you are to get your cooling pillow we ask for your patience as we work through the challenges of shipping orders while keeping everyone at our warehouse safe.

We expect to have most orders leave our warehouse within 6 days. You’ll receive an update and tracking link as soon as any part of your order ships.

Our Customer Care Representatives are working hard to answer calls and messages as quickly as possible. We are experiencing long call wait times and record numbers of emails. We regret that we are unable to provide our usual exemplary customer service levels.

 

*COVID-19 Update*

  • Even though we ship your order within 6 days , please expect up to 7 weeks of delivery (due to the COVID-19 situation). It is the shipping carriers and government who decide when to deliver your parcel.
  • Tracking numbers will only start providing updates once the package lands in your country, which takes between 6-35 days after dispatch date during this period.

We have 4 different fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. After your order is complete, it takes us  6 business days to process your order and get it ready to be shipped. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order from our main fulfillment center in China, where we stock a large number of our Relifia cooling Pillow. 

We want to keep your mind at ease that you have nothing to worry about. We have a team keeping tabs on your item’s shipment to ensure its smooth arrival to you. 

*We do not ship orders on Sundays. You will receive a tracking code sent to you by email immediately when your parcel has been sent out. 

*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays 

**Shipping timelines and cutoffs are based on shipping estimates provided by DHL, FEDEX, and any other carriers we may use. Please note that we cannot control or be liable for any delays nor guarantee any delivery dates due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. weather-related, acts of God, natural disasters, or other Carrier related delays).
